ASG Senior Software Engineer
Application Support experience 5 years
Should have Telecom Domain knowledge
Should know Oracle or PostgresSQL
Able to write SQL Neo4j queries
Should have good stack holders communication
Should able to do first step of analysis to minimize the dev team efforts and closing the issue ASAP
Should have experience in UAT support to users
Should have experience in Agile way of working and JIRA
Should have experience in supporting all user reporting issues, Querys, raising the tickets for those issues
Take ownership of the applications support and deployment activities for all application under capacity management space
Should know how to raise Service now tickets, live deployments and CR approval from all the teams
