Architect-Java

We are seeking a highly experienced Architect specializing in Java-based Microservices architecture and AWS cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and implementing scalable microservices solutions, and guiding cloud-native development using AWS services. This role demands strong technical leadership, hands-on coding skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end solution design for complex Java-based microservices systems.
Provide hands-on development and mentoring to a team of developers.
Ensure best practices in software development, architecture, and DevOps are followed.
Review code and design deliverables to maintain high quality and performance standards.
Design and implement RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and Java.
Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices architectures.
Use containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes or ECS/EKS.
Architect and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS.
Work with AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.
Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or AWS CodePipeline.
Ensure systems are monitored, logged, and secure.

Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of Java development experience, including Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
5+ years of experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture.
Strong experience in AWS cloud ecosystem.
Proficient in REST APIs, JSON, and Swagger/OpenAPI.
Solid understanding of CI/CD, Git, Maven/Gradle, and build/release processes.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes (EKS is a plus), and AWS networking concepts.
