Key Responsibilities
Production Support & Incident Management: Lead RCA investigations for high-priority production incidents, deliver detailed technical breakdowns, and implement long-term hotfixes to maintain application reliability.
CI/CD & Release Management: Architect, manage, and optimize end-to-end CI/CD deployment workflows and automated build monitoring to ensure seamless, zero-downtime application releases.
Cloud Infrastructure Operations: Oversee cloud-native deployments and infrastructure provisioning on GCP and AWS, utilizing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with infrastructure, development, and business stakeholders to drive project delivery, conduct DR drills, and participate in CAB reviews
System Monitoring & Optimization: Proactively monitor system health using tools like AppDynamics, manage application packages (Nexus), and maintain messaging middleware environments.
