Job Title Information Architect Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Information Architect with knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory processes. The role focuses on organizing regulatory information, improving data quality, and supporting regulatory submissions and compliance activities. The candidate will work with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Clinical, Safety, and IT teams to develop information structures, metadata standards, and governance practices. Key Responsibilities Design and maintain information architecture for regulatory content, data, and documents Develop and manage taxonomies, metadata standards, and controlled vocabularies Create information models for product registrations, submissioiatives Prepare documentation such as data dictionaries, process flows, and governance guidelines Stay updated on reguLife Sciences, Information Science, Computer Science, or a related field 5 or more years of experience in pharmaceutical recesses and submission requirements Experience with information architecture, data modeling, metadata management, and taxonomy development Knowledge of regulatory content management and document management systems Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with RIM platforms such as Veeva Vault RIM, Ennov RIM, Lorenz docuBridge, or MasterControl Knowledge of regulatory standards including ICH, eCTD, IDMP, and SPL Experience with data governance, master data management, and semantic technologies Relevant certifications in information architecture, data management, or regulatory affairs Key Skills Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs Regulatory Information Management Information Architecture Metadata Management Taxonomy Development Data Modeling Content Management Regulatory Submissions Data Governance Business Analysis Stakeholder Management Process Improvement Structured Content Authoring Success Measures Improved regulatory data quality and consistency Better submission readiness and regulatory compliance Faster information retrieval and content reuse Successful implementation of information governance standards Strong stakeholder adoption of information architecture practices
Must Have
- 10–15 years’ experience as Solution Architect
- Strong Hyperautomation & RPA architecture experience
- Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
- Snowflake as core data platform
- Python for automation and data processing
- Solution design experience (As‑Is / To‑Be Architectures)
- Experience with architecture governance & review boards
- Strong stakeholder management and business communication
- Hands‑on background, now guiding and mentoring others
- Comfortable in BAU environments with high demand and churn
- Fluent English, proactive and consultative mindset
Nice to Have
- Databricks experience
- Celonis / process mining exposure
- Automation Anywhere, especially migration to Power Platform
- Copilot Studio / AI Builder / agentic AI exposure
- React knowledge
- Pharma or life‑sciences enterprise experience
