Architect (ATC)

Must Have

• 10–15 years’ experience as Solution Architect
• Strong Hyperautomation & RPA architecture experience
• Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
• Snowflake as core data platform
• Python for automation and data processing
• Solution design experience (As‑Is / To‑Be Architectures)
• Experience with architecture governance & review boards
• Strong stakeholder management and business communication
• Hands‑on background, now guiding and mentoring others
• Comfortable in BAU environments with high demand and churn
• Fluent English, proactive and consultative mindset

Nice to Have

• Databricks experience
• Celonis / process mining exposure
• Automation Anywhere, especially migration to Power Platform
• Copilot Studio / AI Builder / agentic AI exposure
• React knowledge
• Pharma or life‑sciences enterprise experience
