The ideal candidate will act as both a strategist and a hands-on coordinator, designing detailed delivery plans, aligning teams, and driving developers and testers toward successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Define and oversee detailed delivery plans for cloud-based data management projects.
- Lead and mentor development and testing teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Ensure effective use of AWS data management services to deliver scalable, reliable outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate clear communication across technical and business teams to maintain transparency and trust.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, ensuring efficiency and quality in execution.
