Architect (ATC)

Key Skills Required:
UX Design & Strategy
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Experience in end to end UX design (research, wireframes, flows, high-fidelity mockups)
Ability to lead UX conversations with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Data Visualization Expertise
Experience designing dashboards, reports, and data-heavy interfaces
Creative and analytical mindset to simplify complex data into intuitive visual formats
Proficiency in designing for scalability and responsiveness across devices
Presentation & Communication
Ability to create compelling pitch decks and demo videos for internal and external stakeholders
Excellent storytelling through design and visuals
Confidence in client-facing discussions and design walkthroughs
Technical Collaboration
Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS to better communicate with developers
Understanding of design feasibility in a development context
Independent Execution & Decision-Making
Ability to drive projects independently from discovery to delivery
Decision-making on design direction, interactions, and user flows
Mentorship or guidance to junior team members, if applicable
Tools & Software
Proficient in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools
Familiarity with prototyping and motion tools is a plus
