Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues. Perform root cause analysis for incidents and implement preventive measures. Assist in the deployment of new application releases and updates. Document support processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator) are a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of database management and SQL. Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices in AWS. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
