The ANZ Alliance Manager is responsible for driving growth through Virtusa’s
partnerships in Australia/New Zealand. This role requires close collaboration with
Virtusa’s Global Alliance Managers to drive local field engagement and partner-focused
go-to-market programs in ANZ.
Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute regional partnership plans that leverage Virtusa’s strategic
partnerships and align to regional growth priorities.
● Drive field engagement to generate partner-sourced deals and support co-sell
motions, connecting Virtusa sellers with their alliance counterparts at joint target
accounts.
● Plan and execute partner-focused go-to-market programs in collaboration with
Partner Marketing and local sales leadership.
● Lead regional alliance meetings and provide regular updates on partnership
performance.
● Monitor and report on the success of alliance initiatives and adjust strategies as
needed.
● Work with marketing team to develop joint marketing campaigns with key
partners.
● Manage and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise within the partnership.
Qualifications
● 10+ years of overall experience in the technology services or software industries,
with at least 5 years of experience in alliance management.
● Proven track record of successfully managing strategic partnerships.
● Experience partnering with the hyperscalers (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft) and
major platform players (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) is essential.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and
negotiate at all levels.
● Experience working in a global environment and collaborating with cross-
functional teams.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and report on partnership
performance.
