UI Path developer + Python

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in automation workflows and a strong proficiency in Python. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using UiPath, while also integrating Python scripts to enhance functionality. This role requires a deep understanding of software development principles and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirement gathering meetings and analyze the feasibility of automating processes.
• Design automation processes tailored to the operational needs of the organization.
• Script and code in UiPath to efficiently resolve automation issues.
• Review code and design, providing expertise in the development and integration of systems.
• Write external scripts in Python, Java, etc., and integrate them with UiPath as needed.
• Create automation-related documentation including PDD, SDD, test cases, and production-ready documents.
• Showcase demos of bot executions and perform UAT with business users/SMEs.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• 10+ years of experience in developing and implementing automation workflows in UiPath.
• Expertise in UiPath components: Robots, Studio, Orchestrator.
• Experience in deploying solutions in unattended and attended modes.
• Proficient in developing workflows and custom activities using VB .NET/C#.
• Hands-on experience with RE-framework and workflow-based logic.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SQL databases.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful project implementations in automation.
