AIML Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team driving innovation in the U.S. Wealth Management space through Generative AI solutions. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing cutting-edge AI systems including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic workflows, with a strong foundation in Python.
You will work closely with product owners, data scientists, and banking domain experts to build intelligent systems that enhance advisory services, personalized financial planning, and digital client experience.

Develop and fine-tune prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA) for use cases in wealth management and financial advisory.
Build RAG pipelines integrating vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) with unstructured financial documents, research, and product info.
Design and implement agentic systems/workflows to simulate human-like decision-making in financial planning scenarios.
Collaborate with financial domain experts to translate wealth management needs into AI-driven features.
Optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy using tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and HuggingFace.
Conduct model evaluations (BLEU, ROUGE, human evaluation) and prompt audits for reliability and compliance.
Package solutions into APIs/microservices for integration into digital platforms (mobile/web portals).
Ensure alignment with data privacy, compliance, and model governance frameworks specific to the banking sector.
