Job Description:

•                 Responsibilities:

o   Bachelor Degree with computer science or software engineering as subject or relevant degree.

o   4+ years of experience with software development, with expertise in developing and designing.

o   Strong Proficiency in programming languages such as javascript.

•                 Required Skills:

o   Experienced working with rule base chatbots and conversational AI specifically kore.ai.

o   Experience in kore.ai developing bots, integration with API and software development kit.

o   Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning.

o   Good problem - solving and debugging skills with keen attention to details.

o   Familiar with agile software development method and tools

o   Nice to have skills:

§  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate complex concept to both technical and non-technical stake holders
