AI/ML Engineer

Looking for 7+ Years of experience in Python development with GENAI & AI/ML experience
1 to 2 years of experience in Gen AI including hands on experience with exploratory data analysis, building data pipeline, model development and model evaluation.
A sound knowledge in theoretical and practical use of Machine Learning.
Hands on experience in developing deep learning models, preferable for Natural Language Processing applications.
Experience in using Generative AI including advanced prompting techniques and preferably fine tuning models.
Experience in building pipelines for use of externally hosted LLMs and preferably locally hosted LLMs.
Comprehensive experience and a detailed knowledge in implementing, enhancing and evaluating RAG implementations / pipelines.
Use of orchestrations layers such as LangChain for efficient use of LLMs.
Experience around evaluation frameworks for Generative AI, in the context of text generation. Eg RAGAs and TruLens.
