Job Description:

Perform advanced SQL development and data analysis to uncover actionable insights.           
Develop and guide the creation of impactful Power BI dashboards and reports.
Architect and implement data rationalization that supports analytical, operational, and reporting needs.               
Serve as a data strategy advisor and technical lead for the clients data initiatives.
Implement best practices in data engineering, data quality and data governance
Design and development of enterprise data pipelines using SSIS and other ETL tools
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.              
Conduct data reviews, audits, and performance tuning of databases and pipelines.           
Assist junior data professionals and contribute to upskilling internal teams.           
Stay current with data engineering trends and identify opportunities for innovation.  
 

Required Qualifications:

Entry level experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or data consulting roles.
Expertise in SSIS, SQL Server, and enterprise ETL development.
Strong experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and performance tuning.
Hands-on skills in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and visual storytelling.
Familiarity with Store Props or similar insurance data structures.
Understanding of P&C insurance business processes and data flows.           
Proven ability to advise, influence, and lead clients in data strategy and implementation.            
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
