Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with extensive knowledge in Generative AI (Gen AI) and Multi-Agent Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing advanced AI solutions that leverage agentic capabilities to drive innovation and efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models focusing on Generative AI and Multi-Agent systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI opportunities that align with business objectives.
- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technologies, particularly in Gen AI and LLMs.
- Implement best practices for model training, evaluation, and optimization.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of a strong AI/ML engineering team.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong expertise in Generative AI and Multi-Agent LLMs.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures.
- Ability to work with large datasets and cloud-based AI solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in deploying AI solutions in production environments.
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
- Knowledge of ethical AI practices and frameworks.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Generative AI.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in AI technologies.
