Agile Coach Program Level

5 years working in an agile environment as a coach
5 plus years working in an agile environment as a Product Owner Product manager
Currently or just completed Agile transformation for top bank  
Exposure to a large scale enterprise agile transformation with demonstrated experience with Scaled Agile Framework SAFe or other scaling frameworks and deep understanding of agile values and principles. 
Demonstrated experience facilitating collaborative sessions, managing customer expectations, and ensuring work is aligned with the enterprise goals and objectives. 
Familiarity with agile tools and suites including JIRA, Atlassian, or similar agile management tooling. 
Education, Qualifications, Skills
Bachelor s University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Master
s degree
Scaled Agile SAFe SPC Certification, SAFe PO or PM certification, CSPO, PSPO or similar certification
Expertise with making presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, Visio
Strong skills for leading, educating, and coaching
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
