Job description :
Agile Coach with 10+ years of experience with proven track record of leading large-scale
transformation programs in the Banking industry preferred (any other industry is ok, but
large transformation experience in must). 
The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in guiding organizations through their agile
journey, scaling agile practices, and driving measurable business outcomes. 
Key Responsibilities

o Lead enterprise-wide agile transformation programs, spanning multiple
business lines, functions, and geographies.
o Define and implement agile operating models, transformation roadmaps, and
adoption strategies.
o Implement and optimize scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or
Disciplined Agile (DA) across large transformation programs.
o Design portfolio and program-level ceremonies, governance models, and
reporting structures.
o Drive transformations across banking domains  
o Work with senior leadership to align transformation goals with business
strategy.
o Develop playbooks, guidelines, and frameworks to standardize agile practices
across the organization.
o Define and track KPIs (e.g., time-to-market, productivity, quality, customer
value delivery).
o Ensure agile practices are adapted to banking environments with regulatory,
compliance, and operational constraints.

Certifications - SAFe Agile certification
