Operations Review onboardings / offboardings
Review DTA, IC certifications
Review MPSA / RAS / Trainings / Secure SDLC / DMI
Participate in demand management calls (TAG/RM)
Participate in process audits (TPISA)
Client Address delivery escalations on priority
Ensure timely submission of task orders, milestones and burn
Pro-active messaging on 360-degree feedback and making sure score is green
Track actions on low 360-feedback scores
Track action items out of monthly governance meetings
Participate Vendor management team calls on need basis & help track action items
Review the monthly deck for completeness
Review and share monthly reports (MIS / resource data) for vendor management team
