Agent Developer
Agent Developer (Core): Design and build AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Define: Agent instructions (persona & behavior), Knowledge sources (SharePoint, M365 data), Topics / conversation flows. Implement prompt engineering techniques to ensure accurate and contextual responses Integration & Automation: Integrate agents with - Microsoft Teams (primary channel), Microsoft Forms (data capture & workflows), SharePoint, Outlook, APIs, and enterprise systems. Configure actions & connectors enabling agents to perform real tasks (e.g., notifications, ticket creation), Enable event-based automation (email triggers, workflow triggers) Deploy & Manage Agents: Deploy agents across enterprise channels (Teams, M365 Copilot, web) Manage agent lifecycle: Versioning, Testing (functional + conversational), Publishing & updates Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor agent performance, usage, and accuracy, Analyse feedback and improve – Prompts, Flows, Integrations Governance & Compliance: Apply guardrails and responsible AI practices, Ensure agents compliance with: Security & data access policies, Enterprise AI governance standards, Collaborate with IT for controlled rollout and access management (Priority) Copilot Studio (Agent Builder) – hands-on experience Prompt Engineering Expertise (advanced prompt design, tuning, contextual grounding) Experience in Agentic AI / workflow automation Primary Skills - Core proficiency Level ( L1,L2,L3,L4) Mandatory Microsoft Ecosystem Expertise Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) Experience with: Teams integration (bots, conversational UI) Forms integration (data capture, workflows) M365 data grounding Secondary Skills Development & Integration Skills API integration and connectors Power Platform (Power Automate, connectors) – preferred Basic scripting or development exposure (nice to have) Secondary Skills - Core proficiency Level ( L1,L2,L3,L4) Experience with: Multi-agent orchestration RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) Enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, CRM tools) Understanding of: AI governance, security, and compliance
