.Net Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for business-critical applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.
• Perform bug fixes, enhancements and deployments.
• Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues.
• Handle minor and major enhancements, including code changes (primarily in .NET and Angular) and configuration updates.
• Participate in release management, patching and deployment activities.
• Document troubleshooting steps, solutions and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).

Technical Skills Required:

Application Layer:

• Strong hands-on experience in .NET Framework / .NET Core
• Proficiency in Angular
• Basic knowledge of Java
• jQuery

Database:

• MS SQL Server
• Strong knowledge of SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning

Hosting / Cloud:

• Exposure to any cloud platform
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
