We are seeking a seasoned .NET Developer with a proven track record in delivering automation solutions within Windows environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SQL Server, Python scripting, and enterprise-grade software development. Experience in the insurance domain especially CAT modeling or exposure analytics is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy .NET-based automation solutions tailored for Windows platforms.
Build and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and ETL workflows.
Develop Python scripts for data transformation, automation, and integration tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and DevOps to deliver scalable solutions.
Maintain and enhance existing systems with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Document technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and deployment procedures.
Preferred Experience:
5+ years of hands-on development using .NET (C#) in enterprise environments.
Strong SQL Server skills: schema design, query optimization, indexing, and reporting.
Proficiency in Python scripting for automation, data manipulation, or API integration.
Experience with Windows Services, PowerShell, or other system-level automation tools.
Familiarity with insurance workflows, CAT modeling platforms (e.g., RMS, AIR), or exposure data processing.
Agile/Scrum delivery experience and comfort working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
Cloud exposure (Azure or AWS) for hosting or data workflows.
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, or containerization (Docker).
Knowledge of regulatory reporting or geospatial data enrichment.
